the speedshop lives

after kind of a relaxed wednesday the true pioneers of lmb speedshop stepped up and got alot done. saturday proved to be a very productive day. i got my custom hyfax done and kev and eric did rear skid work. after the 5 hours at jk, kev and i werent done. we welded up the shock tower crack on #5. kev also installed the motor and trued it up to the chassis. then he put the track on and assembled the chaincase. we adjusted the oil pump and and installed the oil tank. for the #05 im hoping to see some studs this week. that would complete the rear end of the sled. i got one of my trailing arms back from micro precision welding and the other should be here in a week. then off to heat treat for normalizing. id say a month and ill be looking for a place to make laps.
