OMG!!!
It snowed!!! There was white stuff collecting on the deck and grass so I'm calling first snow of the season. We don't race on the stuff and its actually kind of annoying when you have to clear off test tracks or try to see while racing, but since we are still a little ways away from attempting either of those, let it snow.
As far as progress goes we had an awesome speedshop night which is now thursdays. Checked off a bunch of stuff and then got hung up on a few other things that should be able to get taken care of pretty soon. On Saturday we bent up some bars for Kammi's sled and adjusted ours so the right side grip is a little tighter. After that while sitting around Kammi's garage talking shocks we decided on a whim to go to the Todd Krikke's house. Kammi was going to borrow a lathe/mill combo machine from him so me and mike tagged along since roger owed mike a krikke visit anyways. Krikke is done racing so all of his stuff was kinda pushed into the corner and had a layer of dust on it but we still learned alot from his sleds and from talking with him. Mike asked all of the questions and I was content just listening to Todd.
All of this has got me even more pumped for oval racing. Now I'm sure more than ever that with a little bit of testing before the first race we should be the guys to beat in MIRA and at the Soo
