wow, that was one early saturday. i talked to the cnc guy and he said this saturday would work for cutting the skis. we wanted to get there early so no one would bother us or know what was going on. we decided on 6am. the skis went well. i think the cnc guy was a little cautious but they got done just in time. at 9 am LMB speedshop was finishing our section of snowmobile trail. i was actually a bit late for that. the worst part is the boumans actually beat me. they are never on time but of coarse this time was different. after trails i got back to work on the skis and finished them. the bottoms were built up with weld to accomodate the new geometry, i filed the weld on the curve and blended the sides in. they look like they are going to work very nicely.
