we got back to the speedshop and unloaded. got the sled inside and started checking out what was busted so we could order parts. at this point its 2 weeks until lincolns first race. heres the rundown of unusable parts, left and right trailing arms, left and right spindles, left and right skis, right carbide, stabilizer bar, left and right shocks, handlebars, steering post, windshield, headlight cover, console, buttrest, kickpan and taillight. the tunnel got a few dent but was usable. so first thing i did was order parts. chassis shop for the moly, mcmaster for other moly, leaders for oem parts, alro for plastic and alum plate, and ebay for cheap oem parts. the key time consuming items are the trailing arms, they are handbuilt custom chromoly. the butt rest, kick pan, and handlebars are also custom fabbed lmb speedshop items.
